Please review this checklist before submitting your aircraft logbooks for review.
Incomplete or low-quality submissions may delay processing or result in a limited report.

Required Logbook Materials

All available logbook pages for airframe, engine, and propeller

Acceptable file formats: PDF, JPG, PNG

Pages must be legible — no major shadows, blur, or cut-off margins

Organize by date or label files clearly (e.g., Airframe_Log_1.pdf, Left_Engine_Log.jpg)

For Single-Engine Aircraft

Airframe log with inspection records

Engine log with SMOH (if available), oil changes, compression tests

Propeller entries including overhauls or inspections

For Twin-Engine Aircraft

Separate logs for left and right engines

Dual propeller entries

Include details for any maintenance performed on only one side
